Ingredients: ● Leftover noodle soup ● 1 tablespoon of katakuriko (potato starch) ● 2 tablespoons of sugar ● 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream

Since you can't just buy broth, make a delicious cup noodle and eat all the noodles and ingredients.

Transfer the remaining broth to a microwave-safe bowl, using a strainer to remove any remaining toppings if necessary. Add potato starch and sugar, then use a spoon to mix well.

Let the sauce cool, pour it on the ice cream, and you are done!
